Service
Shastr provides tools to create business cases, analyse options, build pitch decks, and manage portfolio information. Features may change over time. We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
- Only upload content you are authorised to use and share, including with AI processing as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Comply with applicable laws and your organisation's policies.
- Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt others.
Intellectual property
You and your organisation retain ownership of content you upload, create, or generate through the platform, including uploaded documents, business cases, pitches, portfolio information, and AI-generated artefacts produced from your inputs. You grant Shastr a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit, back up, display, and analyse that content solely to operate the platform and deliver the features you request. Shastr retains ownership of the platform, software, and branding.
Payments
Paid plans and credits are billed through Stripe according to the pricing shown at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
Disclaimer
AI-generated outputs are assistive and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for business or legal decisions. The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
